Join Artist-Food Writer, Jan Roberts-Dominguez, Tyee's Winemaker, Merrilee Buchanan Benson and Tyee Owners and Hazelnut Farmers, Dave and Margy Buchanan for a fabulous wine dinner featuring recipes from Jan's new book, "Oregon Hazelnut Country - The Food, The Drink, The Spirit" paired with Tyee Estate Wines. 

Venture into the Buchanan's hazelnut orchard, sit down for wine and dinner at Tyee overlooking the hazelnut orchard and end the evening around the campfire with music and storytelling.  Tyee's Art Gallery to feature Jan Roberts-Dominguez Fine Art with book signing and sales.

Salad of Baby Greens with Oregon Strawberries, Corn Kernels, and Roasted Hazelnuts

with Mustard and Hazelnut Oil Vinaigrette and crumbled Blue Cheese

Grilled Beef Tenderloin & Scallops With 2 sauces:

Balsamic-Madeira Reduction & Romesco Sauce

Roasted Hazelnut Slaw with Smokey Bacon
