2018 Tyee Crab and Oyster Wine Dinner

FRESH local shellfish and a 5-course dinner tailored to showcase Tyee Estate Wines at Valley Adair Clubhouse

Dinner begins with savory appetizers, an entree salad, a special soup, and fresh local crab and grilled oysters with many trimmings and decadent chocolate torte.

Mixed Greens Topped with mandarins and candied hazelnuts with Tyee Gewürztraminer




Fresh dungeness crab, grilled oysters, warm shellfish cocktail sauce, corn & bulgar salad with cilantro lime and rustic sourdough bread baskets.

Paired with Tyee Estate Pinot Noir and Tyee Estate Chardonnay
