Join us for a Tyee Wine Dinner to Kickoff Oregon Wine Month at the historic Sylvia Beach Hotel, Oceanfront Newport, Oregon.  Table of Content Restaurant Chefs, Nanci Courtney and Rowan Lehrman present, The Solace of Food, a Celebration of James Beard



"Before "farm-to-table", before Food Network, even before Julia, there was James Beard.


Arguably the first champion of American cuisine, a native Oregonian, author of over 20 cookbooks, NY Times columnist, the namesake of the James Beard Foundation legacy, and irrefutably one of our biggest culinary influences. This year's celebration is going to be extra yummy with the addition of wine pairings by our beloved Tyee Wine Cellars Merrilee Buchanan Benson.
